A week of sunshine, sudden heavy showers and sparkles. The light through the trees was changing completely several times a second, creating a constant kaleidoscope of colours and patterns. I loved the soft feel created in this image.

One of the functions of the eyes is actually to bring light into the bloodstream filtering through the retina. Our bodies respond in many physical and subtle ways to this light information.
You may wish to consider the quality of light you expose yourself to – take your shades off for a while to experience full spectrum light, for example, or change your office lighting.
