Findhorn Fall

Autumn Colour in the Findhorn Gorge

Randolph’s Leap, on the gorge of the River Findhorn.  The wooded hillside down to the gorge is mostly Beech, but there are some mighty spruce and cedar, which bring in an incredible energy and presence.  You feel it from the road as soon as you drive through.  Just being around trees like these is so good for our hearts, for our energetic system, and above all for our connection to Nature.

I found this highly amusing quote –

“We may be floating on Tao, but there is nothing wrong with steering. If Tao is like a river, it is certainly good to know where the rocks are.”

– Ming-Dao Deng, ‘Everyday Tao: Living with Balance and Harmony’
