Morning Mist, Craigellachie birch wood
Most of September has been rather dreich, but thursday morning dawned with thick mist, and a slight frost early on. I was hopeful that the mist would burn through and grabbed the camera. Sure enough, a deep blue sky started showing through the mist, and I was able to take some images with these most amazing beams of light shining through the birch wood.
Being in that shape-shifting magical boundary layer between mist and sun, lead me to this week’s quote on our energetic boundaries.
“Our energetic boundaries are the first line of defense in regard to our health. If working correctly, they’ll deflect or transmute energies that can make us sick. They’ll also release and cleanse us of physical and psychic toxins, assuring us a healthier immune system and better overall health.
These pulsating, oscillating sets of electromagnetic and other fields operate like skin, protecting us from energetic phenomena, including external EMF fields. They help us communicate our intentions to the world and assimilate the information we’re receiving. Through our various fields, we interrelate with the people around us, and how we relate to people is a key predictor of good health.
Our personal fields also connect with the magnetic field of the earth which in turn balances and sooths our internal systems. When our fields are damaged, we are simply unable to assimilate or transmute negative energies.”
