Spring melt after snow, The Bogach, Strathspey, Scotland
After last week’s snow, this week brought fabulous spring warmth. This area acts like a natural sponge, soaking up the meltwater, and I loved the sparkle of sunshine with the reeds and trees in the evening light.

It seems to have been a difficult week for many friends I have spoken with … so this seemed appropriate. Can we take a few moments each day to give ourselves the love that we share so freely with others?
