Head in old stone wall, Galloway Forest park, Scotland.
Something different this week – the human element in the landscape. This is part of “art in the forest” in Galloway Forest Park. The poignancy of the expression really touched me.
“We sound the inner landscape, the songlines of our meridians, revealing our true inner health, as the sculptor reveals the beauty inherent in the form.“
This was suggested to me this week by a correspondent, writing about how her inner pathways, were physically linked with the external landscape, in a way reminiscent of the Aboriginal songlines – the song IS the landscape. Sound work loosens up the tightnesses in our system, we become more flexible, helping energy to flow.
